Financials from an OM

The connector adds no access of its own. Your assistant reaches NexTurn as you, so it sees and changes only what you could.
The owner sets it, person by person
A workspace's owner is always on, read and write. For everyone else, the owner or a co-owner picks Off, Read only, or Read and write. A read-only member's assistant only reads.
Every change on the record
Each change is made as you and kept in the record's change log, like one you made yourself.
Only Claude and ChatGPT
Any other app is refused. To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant.

Claude
- Add a custom connectorIn Claude, open Customize → Connectors, press Add and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it and paste the addressName it NexTurn CRM, paste the address above and press Continue.
- Sign in and allowPress Connect, sign in with your NexTurn account if asked, and press Allow.
ChatGPT
- Add a custom MCP serverOpen Plugins, press Add and choose Add custom MCP server.
- Name it and paste the addressName it NexTurn CRM and paste the address under Connection; ChatGPT fills in OAuth itself. Tick "I understand and want to continue", then Create as a plugin.
- Sign in and allowPress Continue to NexTurn CRM, sign in with your NexTurn account if asked, and press Allow. In a chat, type @NexTurn CRM and ask.
Adding your own connector in ChatGPT needs a paid ChatGPT plan, and OpenAI lets one make changes on its Business and Enterprise plans; on Business or Enterprise, an admin may have to allow it. NexTurn's connector is an MCP server — the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps — and you sign in to it with your own NexTurn account.

Which AI assistants work with NexTurn?
Claude and ChatGPT. You connect your own account to NexTurn's connector at https://api.nexturncre.com/mcp and sign in with your NexTurn account. Any other app is refused.
Does the connector cost extra?
No. It comes with NexTurn for brokers, which is free today. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan is your own.
Can my AI change my records?
Only with Read and write on, and in ChatGPT only on a Business or Enterprise plan. Your workspace's owner or a co-owner sets each person to Off, Read only, or Read and write. Every change is made as you and kept in the record's change log, it deletes one thing at a time, and anything it deletes can be put back for 90 days.
What can I ask it?
Anything about your own records: counts and totals by any field across the whole database, every note and history entry searched at once, lists of up to 2,000 records, a property's financials, sale comps and history, and, where your workspace has them on, hotel rates and local events.
Where does the data I ask about go?
To your Claude or ChatGPT account, outside NexTurn. NexTurn gives your assistant only what you can see, and only while your access is on.
Does it work in NexTurn for hotel owners?
Yes, to read. A hotel owner's assistant reads the hotels, rates and events they see in NexTurn, and like the owner, it can't change the hotels' records.
