Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You sign up with your email address, and nothing asks for a card. Both NexTurn for brokers and NexTurn for hotel owners are free.

How many people can I invite?

As many as you need. Everyone in your workspace is on the same free plan, and you can make any of them read-only.

What does Beta mean on the market data?

The shared database of parcels, sales, listings and auctions works today in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. We are still adding sources and tuning how its records are matched to yours, so some figures may be missing. It fills blank fields and adds the sales and listings it is sure of; where it disagrees with something you typed, it asks you first. Once you have signed up, ask for it in Settings, Features.

Can my AI really change my records?

Only if you let it. Your workspace's owner sets each person's AI access: off, read only, or read and write. Every change it makes is in the record's history, and a delete or an import can be undone.
