NexTurn Accessibility

Accessibility statement

NexTurn should work for everyone who comes to it, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or captions and settings of their own.

The standard we aim for

We aim for this website, nexturncre.com, and the NexTurn apps at crm.nexturncre.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we've done

  • This website's pages were checked on November 6, 2026 with automated accessibility tests (Lighthouse and axe-core), at phone and computer widths, and what they found was fixed: text contrast, heading order, the names of links and controls, and how the forms tell you what needs another look.
  • The request forms (valuations, market reports, the model, moving your CRM) say what needs another look beside the field, and a screen reader reads that message with the field.
  • Pages honor your device's "reduce motion" setting. The moving tours of the app can be paused, and they don't play by themselves when reduce motion is on.
  • The pictures of the app on this site are illustrations: a screen reader skips them, and the words beside each one say what it shows.
  • Each chart in our research reports is followed by its numbers as a table for screen readers, and the research map's states are also listed as links beside it.

What doesn't meet the standard yet

  • The NexTurn apps. We're reviewing crm.nexturncre.com against the same standard. Some screens don't meet it yet, and fixes are under way.
  • Documents. Offering memoranda and other documents a broker posts in a deal room are the broker's own files and may not be accessible. The free underwriting model is an Excel workbook.
  • Maps. A listing's map is hard to use without a mouse or without sight. Its address is written on the page, with a link to open it in Google Maps.

If any of these gets in your way, tell us and we'll get you what you need another way: a document in another format, or a form filled in with you by email or phone. The apps' sign-in and sign-up screens are run by Clerk, the service we use for accounts; if they stop you, tell us and we'll help you in.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on nexturncre.com or in the NexTurn apps is hard or impossible for you to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you use if you can. We'll answer within two business days and tell you what we'll do about it.
